We and the service providers commissioned by us take your concerns seriously and see any kind of complaints, suggestions and wishes (hereinafter referred to as “requests”) as an opportunity to improve our procedures and to intensify and further develop contact with you. We would like to clarify your request in the best possible way, quickly and comprehensibly.

In order to provide you with a high degree of transparency regarding the handling of your requests, the company has drawn up the following procedural guidelines. This procedure is of course free of charge for you.

As soon as we have received your request, it will be immediately documented in our impulse management system. Subsequently, within four Liechtenstein bank working days your request will be forwarded, processed and measures will be derived by adequately qualified employees. If it is not possible to comply with this processing time, you will receive a written interim notification within the period of four working days and further regular information on the current processing status until the final solution is found. We would be pleased to contact you to clarify any queries you may have and therefore ask you to describe your concerns and provide your contact details (name, address, telephone, e-mail).


It is important for us to achieve goals together with you.

If you are not satisfied with the processing of your request or the solution worked out, you may in certain cases have the option of contacting the Liechtensteinische Schlichtungsstelle (mediation body) with your request.
